This... just this....
has never happened before.
This conjunction of atoms and energies…
this light, this music,
this coffee, this biscuit.
Notice it all:
the soft pressure of cushions in my back,
the heaviness of the body,
the ‘meerkat’ mind …
looking for something to worry about;
and the ‘monkey’ mind…
ready to dramatise such thoughts.
All this is new, just for now,
given to this body-mind.
It is a true gift …
free and full of Life …
relish it … cherish it …
and live it to the full.
